A poor frog found itself a little too close to a NASA rocket launch and ended up getting blasted into the air.

NASA was launching a spacecraft from a facility in Virginia last Friday when photographers found one astounding frame that captured the frog – with its little arms and legs extended – being hurled through the air by the force of the blast.

Yes, NASA experts confirmed the photo is real.

For you frog-lovers out there, nobody is quite sure what came of the unlucky amphibian.

“The condition of the frog, however, is uncertain,” NASA wrote in a caption with the photo.
