SCDF conducting exercise at ITE College Central on Aug 15

The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) will be conducting a ground deployment exercise at ITE College Central located at 2 Ang Mo Kio Drive.

The exercise will begin at 11.30am on Aug 15 and end at about 1am on Aug 16.

All operational vehicles participating in this exercise will have their beacon lights switched on to alert motorists.

About 100 SCDF personnel and 15 emergency and supporting vehicles will be participating in the exercise.

The public is advised not to be alarmed. Exercise signages will also be placed in the vicinity to alert members of the public to the exercise.

To facilitate the movement and deployment of our emergency vehicles, up to 2 lanes will be closed along Ang Mo Kio Ave 5 between the junction of Ang Mo Kio Drive and the slip road to CTE.
