Baby girl found in Serangoon Central

A baby girl was found by a passer-by at the lift landing of Block 203 Serangoon Central on August 8 at about 2pm.

Police are appealing for information on the next-of-kin of the baby found to assist with investigations.

The baby is described to be about one week old and of slightly tanned complexion. She was found wrapped in a light blue cloth and a black scarf; she was wearing a white jumper and diapers. A pacifier was also found together with the baby.

The baby was found in good health and was sent to a hospital.
