Apple to unveil low-cost iPhone on Sept 10

Apple will reportedly unveil its next iPhone on Sept 10, according to technology website AllThingsD.

An Apple representative declined to comment on the event, according to the website.

Apple is rumoured to announce a low-cost iPhone, dubbed the “iPhone 5c”, as well as the “iPhone 5s”, an incremental upgrade to its current smartphone.

Possibly leaked images and parts from Macrumors.com (picture) show the 5C sporting a polycarbonate shell in a range of colours. Other rumoured features of these new devices include a fingerprint sensor and a 12-megapixel camera.
