Trot the globe and taste street foods of the world all at one place.
The inaugural 10-day World Street Food Congress, which runs until next Sunday, will feature street food stalls at the F1 Paddock.
More than 40 dishes from 10 countries including Mexico, the United States, Thailand and Indonesia will be available.
Dishes are priced between $3.50 and $16 a portion.
Tantalising eats that are worth a taste include assam laksa from a stall in Penang's famed food street Gurney Drive ($8); a fragrant mee siam from Donald & Lily, a shop in Malacca ($8); soft shell crab burger drizzled with aioli ($12) from EuroTrash, a food cart in Portland, Oregon; and Indian dishes from Bhaskar Mysore Chamundeshwari in Karnakata state, including tamarind rice and shavige, a soft rice vermicelli with carrot, capsicum and dried chilli. Both are served with garlic chicken and spicy yogurt ($5.50 a serving).
