Singapore's Changi Airport has been voted the Best Airport in Asia for the 27th consecutive year.
Readers of Cargonews Asia picked Changi Airport at the annual Asian Freight and Supply Chain Awards Ceremony held in Beijing.
Changi Airport Group (CAG) which owns and manages Changi Airport was also inducted into Cargonews Asia's Hall of Fame to mark the airport's unprecedented achievement of winning for 27 years in a row.
Changi Airport also won the Best Green Service Provider - Airport award for the fourth year for embracing innovation along with its commitment to pursue sustainable business practices.
Changi Airport handled 434,000 tonnes of airfreight movements from January to March 2013, a 2.2 per cent decrease compared to the same period last year.
