On 13 Jan 2013, SCDF responded to a rescue incident at 67 Sophia Road. A Chinese man had threatened to jump from the air con ledge of the unit.
SCDF set up two safety life air packs at the ground floor. The man was rescued by SCDF DART personnel after rappelling operations.
This video is a glimpse of the SCDF rescue operation.
