SCDF searching for man who reportedly jumped into Kallang River

Civil Defence officers are conducting a search at the Kallang River near Bendemeer, after receiving a call that a man had jumped into the river.

SCDF says it received the call at around 10pm on Monday evening.

Some 20 SCDF personnel were dispatched to conduct the search near Block 65, Kallang Bahru.
