Brunei minister attends Hari Raya celebrations in Singapore

Brunei's Minister of Home Affairs Pehin Badaruddin Othman and his wife Datin Hajah Maimoonah are in Singapore from Sep 7 to 10.

They are here at the invitation of Senior Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Masagos Zulkifli.

While in Singapore, Mr Pehin and his wife attended the Hari Raya open house of Mr Masagos at Tampines West Community Club.

They also attended the GRC Hari Raya Dinner of Deputy Prime Minister Teo Chee Hean at Pasir Ris Elias Community Club.

The couple will also visit the newly-opened Malay Heritage Centre.

The Ministry of Home Affairs said Badaruddin's visit is a reflection of the strong and deep ties that Singapore and Brunei share.
