There are a lot of things you can do if you're getting a ticket: Begging, pleading, and trying to explain your sad situation to the cop are all acceptable. What isn’t acceptable?
Driving over the cop’s foot.
The owner of a Ferrari 458 Spider did just that in New York City's SoHo neighborhood yesterday, and the cop reacted as many of us would – by tearing the guy out of his car, berating him, and leaving him handcuffed on the ground.
Considering the car ran over his foot at about 2 mph, that may have been a disproportionate use of force, but I’d imagine it’s hard to retain your cool while there’s a sports car on your toes.
Just in case that wasn't interesting enough for you, the owner of the car seemed to be with Stephanie Pratt of MTV's "The Hills." Pratt (or someone who looks just like her) comes out after his arrest to talk to the cops. We guess reality stars date idiots, too.
