Olympics: Swimmer admits to urinating in pool

One of America's Olympic medalists, Ryan Lochte, admitted to urinating in the pool during the London games.

In an interview with US radio presenter Ryan Seacrest, Lochte said that it was common for swimmers to relieve themselves in the pool.

He told Seacrest: "I think there's just something about getting into chlorine water that you just automatically go."

He added that he only urinated in the pool during warm-ups, and not during races.

Lochte won a total of two golds, two silvers and a bronze in the swimming competition.
