Netizens rank top 25 preschools in Singapore

With Singapore's education system becoming more competitive, parents want the best head-start for their children - even at the preschool level.

A New Paper report in March pointed out that some parents go as far as to register their children in some preschools as soon as they get hold of the child's birth certificate.

But which preschool is the right one?
