CRIME ALERT: Don't fall victim to handphone tricksters

Several youths have fallen prey to tricksters who "borrowed" their handphones on the pretext of making emergency calls, usually at LAN shops. The tricksters would then purchase game credits on these phones while the costs were charged to the handphone subscribers.
