Largest MMA organisation in Asia to base HQ in S'pore

Asia's largest mixed martial-arts (MMA) organisation, ONE Fighting Championship (ONE FC), announced yesterday that it would establish its headquarters in Singapore.

In what is the largest MMA media deal in Asia, it also announced a 10-year media partnership with ESPN STAR Sports. Also, an additional 17 partners across Asia have joined the martial-arts organisation.

Said ONE FC chief executive Victor Cui: "These strategic partnerships will serve to accelerate the opportunity for us to tap into the resources of extensive networks and strong business-support services for our expansion efforts across the region.

"And, of course, the ONE FC-ESPN STAR Sports partnership will create tremendous opportunities for all parties in the ONE FC Network in the decade to come."
