SingTel to offer free local calls, texts for CNY

Singtel announced on Friday it will offer its postpaid subscribers free local mobile calls, as well as free local text messages and multimedia messages, from midnight on Jan 23 until 11.59pm on Jan 24.

This is the first time any telco here is doing this.
