Police say a man having a dispute with a bar owner struck the latter with his BMW vehicle, then threw $150 out the window, asking him not to contact police, before leaving the scene.Gereltsaikhan Bumdorj, 35, was charged with one felony count of aggravated battery and is being held in Cook County Jail on $100,000 bail.
