WANTED: Outrage of Modesty suspect

Police are looking for the man shown in the following pictures to assist with investigations into a case of outrage of modesty in the vicinity of Punggol in October 2011.

Police believe that this man in the pictures below may be able to assist in our investigations.

The description of the man is as follows:

-Male Chinese
-Between 20 and 30 years old
-About 1.7 m tall
-Slim built
-Short hair
-Wears spectacles

- Always be alert and attentive to the surroundings. If you suspect that you are being followed, remain calm and proceed to the nearest crowded area or call the Police to seek help.
- Carry a shrill alarm to call for help in times of emergencies.
