The six foreigners, aged between 37 and 48, will be charged in court on Sept 23 for criminal trespass and using another's person work permit.

If found guilty, they could be jailed up to three months and fined S$1,500 each for the first charge, and fined up to S$15,000 and a jailed for up to a year for the second charge.

Four of these workers were first arrested in the last two months after MBS security officers found that the workers had been barred from entering the casino, but had tried to enter using someone else's work permit. The other two workers were detained last week.
