The enhanced Wrap Around Care (eWAC) programme, launched yesterday by Minister-in-charge of Muslim Affairs Yaacob Ibrahim, intends to help these families progress to a "healthy functioning" state - where children complete at least 10 years of education, parents are employed, and the per capital income of the household is more than S$450 per month.
