The Land Transport Authority (LTA) says the 400-metre flyover will connect motorists directly from Jalan Toa Payoh to Jalan Kolam Ayer leading to Kallang Way and the Pan-Island Expressway towards Changi, bypassing the Woodsville junction below.
The new flyover is part of the upgrading project for the Woodsville Interchange to improve overall traffic flow at the busy interchange.
