Driver knocks down parked motorcycle not once, but twice, then flees

STOMPer Roy witnessed the driver of the blue car knocking down the parked motorcycle not one time, but two times, before finally moving the motorcycle out of his way and fleeing the scene.

According to the STOMPer, the screen on the motorcycle had cracked.

"The motorcyclist came down later and saw that his motorcycle's screen had cracked.

"I showed him the photos I had taken and told him the driver's licence plate number.

"If I was the driver, I would have at least left a note to apologize and pay for the damages."
