Firefighters in New Mexico sprang into action after suspecting that a driver was intoxicated when they found him passed out at an intersection.
Police dashcam footage shows firefighters trying to break a window with tools and a cop rushing to the vehicle with his Taser drawn.
Seeing the officer pointing the device at him, the driver gunned the car, but went nowhere because firefighters had placed heavy-duty fire apparatus wheel chocks to keep him in place.
Santa Fe police thanked the firefighters for their help following the response, crediting them with possibly preventing injuries or death.
