Police attempted to extract Brett Henderson, a 35-year-old Ohio man, from Cincinnati’s Flying Pig marathon, after a wardrobe malfunction left him pounding the pavement without his clothes on.

When he refused to leave, cops did the only sensible thing, tazing the bare naked jogger, and hauling his naked butt back to the Hamilton County sheriff’s office.

Henderson’s mother said her son had not intended to run the marathon naked. Rather, he’d borrowed a pair of his father’s shorts, but they kept slipping down. He junked them, but wanted to continue to complete the race he’d trained for, leading to the confrontation with unsympathetic cops.

Henderson pleaded not guilty to “public indecency and obstructing official business” yesterday.
