ICA launches iEnquiry

SINGAPORE : From November 15, users will be able to check on their applications online without having to call or email ICA, or visit the different websites.

Users can access iEnquiry with a SingPass, or foreign identification number (FIN) and date of birth.

The Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) is launching an online enquiry system that allows users to check the application status for ICA services.

The system - called iEnquiry - will bring together existing ICA web application portals such as APPLES, VERIFI and iCheck to serve as a single point of enquiry for the various ICA-related services.
