E-Marketing and Multimedia Specialist
BASIC FUNCTIONS
Bring forth creative ideas to the company by conceptualising and designing its e-marketing and communication tools (eg. websites, brochures, ads, banners, etc), multimedia presentations (eg. video clips, flash interface, animations, etc.)
Assess and recommend media tools and methods consistent with corporate standards and departmental goals.
E Marketing and Communications Activities
- Maintain and develop website (aquila-asia.com) by proactively suggesting, sourcing and publishing new creative ideas
- Ensure that the website is a vital source of technical and general information for readers and fans by actively seeking out new information, images, news updates and communication tools
- Ensure all relevant projects and updates are represented on the site in a timely and accurate manner
- Generate and distribute monthly e-newsletters
- Build, design and maintain micro-sites for marketing programmes and other web interface projects
Multimedia Activities
- Identify and develop new communication methods and associated techniques, such as interactive presentations and walkthroughs and other demonstration programmes
- Create and design special case studies including video production and editing, and interactive online versions
- Conceptualise, develop and create client-specific presentations in coordination with the Advertising Team’s projects
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Degree in Graphic Design, Computer Graphics, Advertising Arts, or equivalent;
- Five years experience in the industry utilising related skills, including experience with existing standard programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Flash, After Effects, Premier, MS Word and PowerPoint
- Well-versed in CSS and Joomla web applications
- 3D Studio Max/Vray Rendering/Animation and photographic or video production experience a plus
- Good interpersonal skills with the outstanding ability to communicate and share ideas to the team and others
- Proficiency with MAC OS X platforms and equipment
