SIA plane lands in India after bomb scare
A Singapore Airlines (SIA) flight, heading from Singapore to Moscow, had to land in Kolkata early Monday morning.
The aircraft was carrying more than 220 passengers on board.
"Singapore Airlines apologises for the inconvenience caused but seeks customers' understanding that we will not compromise on safety and security," said SIA's public affairs vice-president, Nicholas Ionides. MORE
