Liverpool owners Hicks and Gillett lose court case

The High Court has ruled in favour of Royal Bank of Scotland and against co-owners Tom Hicks and George Gillett in the case that will be decisive in determining Liverpool's future.

The decision will be welcomed by Liverpool supporters as it paves the way for the takeover agreed by the Liverpool board with New England Sports Ventures to go through as planned. LINK
