Do something for Fandi, sons now

We have been importing foreign sportsmen to bolster the standard of sports here. In Fandi and his sons, I see a chance for us to export rather than import.

In helping to finance his sons, we are offering an opportunity for two Singaporeans to compete in top football leagues. If they go on to play in the English Premier League or Serie A, it would be our biggest step towards lifting the standards of Singapore football.
