29-year-old engineer fined S$4,000 for filming upskirt video

SINGAPORE: In what is believed to be a rare court decision, a 29-year-old engineer has been fined S$4,000 for taking a video clip up a woman's skirt with his camera phone.

MediaCorp understands that since 2000, those found guilty of committing the offence are usually jailed between two and four weeks.

Chong Kim Hong recorded the video clip at around 7.45pm inside Kinokuniya bookstore at Bugis Junction on 4 May 2008.

The 31-year-old woman spotted him doing so and alerted her boyfriend. LINK
