Reward goes up to S$15,650 for information on dog's killer

SINGAPORE : More people have come forward to contribute to the reward to help nab the killer of a dog and bring that person to justice.

A pomeranian was found at a HDB void deck in Sengkang on August 18.

Members of the public were outraged and helped SPCA set up an initial reward of S$1,000 to find the culprit.

The reward has now gone up to S$15,650.
