HDB launches two BTO projects in Woodlands

SINGAPORE: HDB has launched two new Build to Order (BTO) projects in Woodlands.

A total of 1,329 flats will be offered by the two projects - Woodlands Dew and Woodlands Meadow.

779 flats will be four and five-room units.

95 per cent of the flats will be set aside for First-Timers.

Flats in Woodlands Dew will cost between $78,000 for a two room unit to $280,000 for a four-room flat.

Flats in Woodlands Meadow will range from $136,000 to $328,000. MORE
