CUSTOMER satisfaction with the education sector in Singapore has fallen further.
The survey looks at satisfaction levels at universities, polytechnics and commercial schools here.
The score for this sector in the latest Consumer Satisfaction Index slid to 65.5 out of 100, down from 68.4 last year.
This is the third consecutive drop and the biggest for this sector since the index started in 2007. Then, the industry scored 70 points. It scored 69.8 in 2008. MORE
