SOME roads, lanes and bus stops will be closed to the public from 2.30pm to midnight on Sunday for the Prime Minister's National Day Rally at the National University of Singapore (NUS).
Kent Ridge Crescent and Engineering Drive 1 will be entirely closed, and lanes turning into Kent Ridge Crescent from Clementi Road will be closed.
In addition, the pair of bus stops in front of and opposite the NUS Raffles Hall will also be closed to facilitate the event. There will be no boarding or alighting at these two bus stops for services 96 and 151.
Vehicles that are found parking indiscriminately and/or causing obstruction at peripheral roads will be towed away. Police officers will be deployed at the affected road junctions to assist and direct motorists. SOURCE
