OVERNIGHT leader Darren Choy had a day to forget on Tuesday, the penultimate day of the Youth Olympic Games' sailing competition.
The 16-year-old double Byte world champion, who was Singapore's gold medal hope, struggled at the National Sailing Centre at East Coast Park.
He posted 15th, 13th and 18th-placed finishes in his three races on Tuesday and dropped to sixth on the leaderboard with 66 points. It means he has a mountain to climb as he seeks to use Wednesday's final race to propel him to a podium finish. MORE
