Man suspected of several obscene acts in Yishun arrested

Police have arrested a 27-year-old man who is believed to be involved in several cases of obscene acts in Yishun.

Police from Ang Mo Kio police division spotted the man loitering and "behaving suspiciously" at an HDB block at Yishun Ring Road at about 12:15am on Monday (Nov 24).

The man was arrested after police conducted a check and interviewed him. He will be charged in court on Tuesday for committing an obscene act.

First-time offenders found guilty of committing an obscene act in a public place could be jailed for up to three months, fined, or both.
