Senior execs in Singapore's financial services sector can expect highest salary increase

Senior executives in Singapore's financial services sector can expect to see the highest increase in year-on-year salary growth across Asia-Pacific, according to a survey by professional services company Towers Watson.

Executive directors in financial services, which refer to the most senior executive position in an organisation, will see a salary increase of 4.3 per cent this year, compared with 2.5 per cent last year.

Senior management, which is described as senior executives who report directly to the general management of a financial services organisation, will also see their pay rise from 3 per cent last year to 4 per cent this year.
