There will be roving carollers, stilt walkers and bell ringers at Singapore's Changi airport this festive season. And if you have kids in tow, be prepared for the prospect of appearances by SpongeBob SquarePants in the world's largest Pineapple House.

The bright yellow abode, complete with festive trimmings, stands 11m tall and chunky at Terminal 3.

Junior visitors can also pedal on Santa's sleigh to bring the house to life in a show of lights before venturing to Santa's Log House and North Pole mailroom.

There's also an inflatable playground, all on show until Boxing Day (26 Dec).
