A Republic of Singapore Navy serviceman has been suspended from duty after he was involved in a hit-and-run accident along Mandai Road on Tuesday night.
The Ministry of Defence said the serviceman, 38, is assisting the police with the investigations.
“The Singapore Armed Forces takes a serious view of the incident and the serviceman has been suspended from duty,” the ministry said today.
The accident reportedly left Mdm Rosnah Rauaee, who was cycling, with possible spinal injuries and a blood clot in her brain.
