Police are looking for the man shown in the picture to assist with investigations into a case of Loanshark Harassment reported at Wellington Circle on 21 January 2013.
The man is believed to be in his twenties and of medium build. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt with dark Bermudas and carrying a sling bag.
