It's an opportunity of a lifetime for fans of fast cars and race queens, as the Tokyo Auto Salon graces Singapore's shores for the first time in its 30-year history.

The Tokyo Auto Salon is a customised car exhibition that also brings together the best and most creative in the business.

The Singapore version will have on display 20 unique cars from this year's Tokyo show.

The event, co-organised by leading media company MediaCorp, will be held at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre at Marina Bay Sands from April 12 to 14.

Mr Hidetaka Toba, MediaCorp's head of sports segment in Strategic Marketing, said what fans can expect is not only cars that were exhibited at the Tokyo show, but also many entertainment activities related to Japan, as well as cars from local and other international markets.

Entertainment will include Japanese race queens and J-Pop idols.
