Part of TPE between Jalan Kayu and Punggol to close for 4 hours

The section of Tampines Expressway (TPE) between Jalan Kayu and Punggol Way will be temporarily closed to traffic on Saturday Oct 20, from 1am to 5am.

In a statement to the media the Housing Development Board (HDB) said the closure is to facilitate the launching of beam for the widening of the existing TPE bridge.

The housing board advised motorists to use alternative routes along Jalan Kayu, Sengkang West Way, Sengkang East Road, and TPE(KPE).

Blinking lights, barricades and diversion signs will also be put up to guide motorists.
