Teacher admits to taking upskirt videos

A teacher pleaded guilty to 10 of 94 charges of insulting the modesty of women.

Seow Swee Hong, 39, who taught in a school in the eastern part of Singapore, used his mobile phone to capture video recordings of victims' shorts and thighs at the school, and at the Popular bookstore at Toa Payoh HDB Hub last year.

A court heard that he committed at least half of the offences while on police bail.

Deputy Public Prosecutor Lee Zu Zhao said Seow was in school on July 25 last year when he took a video recording of a female student's upper thighs while she was walking up the stairs.
