3 teens nabbed by AMK Police for robbery and assault

Police on Tuesday arrested three male teenagers for allegedly assaulting and robbing two men along Orchard Road.

After conducting extensive enquiries on the ground, officers from Ang Mo Kio Police Division mounted an operation in Woodlands Avenue 6 and Telok Blangah Crescent and arrested the three suspects, aged 17, 18 and 19.

This after one of the victims, a 21-year-old man, reported to the incident to the police on Sep 5.

It is said that the three suspects assaulted the victims before robbing them of $230 in cash.
