Appeal for information on missing person - Liew Hway Seng, male, 80

The police are appealing for information on the whereabouts of 80-year-old Liew Hway Seng.

He was last seen at Blk 541 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 10, on July 23 at about 7.00am.

He is plump and 1.73m tall. He was last seen wearing a dark blue singlet with bermudas, using a brown four-legged walking stick.

He has white hair and a light-tanned complexion.
