Unidentified body found floating off Keppel Harbour

Police are appealing for information on an unidentified body found floating at sea off Keppel Harbour on May 16 at about 2.25pm.

The deceased is a 1.7m tall male believed to be in his 20s to 30s and is of stout build. He had black short hair and a fair complexion.

He was found wearing a black T-shirt with a Halong Bay, Vietnam print, a pair of black long pants with a brown leather belt and black sports shoes with white socks.
