Three established acts have confirmed gigs at Fort Canning Park. British electronic pioneers New Order will be playing on Aug 22, American alternative rock band Garbage plays on Aug 21 while Northern Irish alternative rockers Snow Patrol performs on Aug 6.

Tickets for all three gigs range from $98 to $250 and will be available through Sistic. Snow Patrol tickets go on sale next Tuesday, Garbage tickets go on sale on June 5 and New Order tickets start on June 12.

New Order, best known for singles like Blue Monday and Regret, spearheaded the rise of the electronic/new wave scene in the 1980s and recently reformed late last year.

Garbage, led by frontwoman Shirley Manson, had a string of chart hits including Only Happy When It Rains and Stupid Girl in the 1990s, and recently released their fifth album, Not Your Kind Of People.
