WANTED: For Toa Payoh loanshark harassment

Police are appealing for information on the identity and whereabouts of the man shown in the following photograph to assist with investigation into a case of loanshark harassment in the vicinity of Lorong 2 Toa Payoh on 29 February 2012 at 3.00 pm.

The man was last seen wearing a black polo T-Shirt, a pair of light blue pants, black shoes, a white cap and carrying a black haversack.

Anyone with information on the said person is requested to call the Police Hotline at 1800-2550000. All information will be kept strictly confidential.
