See you at the Police booth at the Home Team Career Fair 2012 next weekend 9-11 March 2012 (10am to 9pm daily) at Ngee Ann City Civic Plaza! Here's your chance to find out more about the various exciting vocations that you can choose from in a career with the men and women in blue.

Imagine you are the first to respond to situations such as a gruesome car accident with seriously injured casualties, an armed robbery or a fighting incident. Can you remain calm and cool, knowing that innocent lives may be at stake in your hands? Join us and we will train you to be a professional, vested with authority to protect the citizens of Singapore.

As we roll out the Community Policing System over the next few years, we are looking at recruiting 450 more officers to perform the added functions. We will be investing more in manpower development. More senior officer positions will be created and there will be more opportunities for career advancement.

Find out more also about the higher starting salaries and the $10,000 sign-on bonus for diploma holders. We also be introducing an allowance of $200 per month for frontline officers who have completed training for on-the-job competencies.

While you are the fair, don't forget to catch exciting performances by the Home Team officers throughout the 3 days. Be WOWed by some of the performances and the on-site vehicle displays. Career counsellors would be on site to answer any of your burning questions.
