Air France will make its first commercial flight from Paris to Singapore on the Airbus A380 on April 1, 2012.
The flight will operate out of the Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport and Changi Airport, Terminal 1.
"Air France aims to strengthen its position in Asia and Singapore is a key travel hub in South-east Asia and the Pacific," General Manager of Air France KLM Paul Rombeek said.
From June through to October, the Air France service will be increased to three times a week to cater to an expected peak in travellers in the summer months. The demand will be supplemented with a four-times weekly service via the Boeing 777-300 flights.
Next week, Air France will launch promotional fares to Paris on the A380 for $998. Check back on Relax.com.sg for more details.
