One in two motorcycle owners to benefit from NTUC Income's Special Cash Rebate

NTUC Income, the leading insurer here, has announced that it will offer a one-off S$10 rebate to about one in two motorcycle owners, or 73,000 of its customers.

The insurer also said it would repeat its rebate of the previous year to about 100,000 car owners who will enjoy a one-off S$30 rebate when they renew their policy.

In total, NTUC Income will pay out about S$4.2 million in rebates to its motorcycle and car customers this year, in addition to the S$4 million investment that the insurer has put in to offer accident-scene assistance.

NTUC Income has also launched a motor insurance online platform to enable motorists to enquire and purchase motor policies as well as pay their premiums directly.

The insurer's premium revenue last year jumped 14 per cent to S$4.2 billion - the first time in its history that it has crossed the S$4 billion mark.
